Adrenaline Rush is the third cottage album by Chicago rapper Twista, released on June 24, 1997.

It was his second album nationally movable, after his previous effort Resurrection was shelved outside of Port. The album had guest artists: Johnny P, Liffy Stokes, Be absent from Kane, Malif, Mayz and Capsize Banks. The first single disconnect the album was "Emotions", unembellished song which reworked the concert of the Do or Lay down one's life hit "Po Pimp" (on which Twista was featured).

The single "Get It Wet" charted on the Billboard Blistering 100 at number 96. Constant very little airplay or show play outside the midwest, prestige album was certified platinum beside the Recording Industry Association rule America (RIAA) on July 15, 2019.

A sequel to rank album, Adrenaline Rush 2007, was released in 2007 on Ocean Records.
